Site Requirements for G-Stage

G-Stage stores are generally located in Power Centers ranging from 300,000 to over 1 million square feet in size. We will consider locations in smaller Community Centers, but the premises must have adequate co-tenants within the center or adjacent thereto. These tenants generally consist of Major Anchors such as Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Marshalls, Ross, DSW, etc.

At this time, all G-Stage stores are located in and expanding throughout Southern California, but we are currently seeking locations throughout Texas and into Central California for 2013-2014 openings as well. We are open to locations in any of these regions, but add that any areas with a highly dense Hispanic population are of strong interest.

We currently are seeking stores ranging in size from 6000 sf – 10,000 sf.

 

If you are currently leasing space that fits these requirements, please forward any current brochure to Amy Pressey along with the following information:

• Store size (include individual space plan with dimensions if possible)

• Store pictures (with a focus on store frontage/windows)

• NNN (along with a breakdown of specific items that CAM covers if possible)

• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: G-Stage will gladly accept merchandise for exchange or store credit within 21 days of the original purchase date.
• GIFT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt will only be allowed for exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase date.
• All items must be accompanied with its original receipt and tags attached. G-Stage will not accept any returns without a receipt. No exceptions.
• No cash or credit on debit/credit cards refunds are offered.
• All exchanges are final.
• FINAL SALE ITEMS: All SALE items, accessories, undergarments, party wear, footwear, and cosmetics purchases are final.
• Gift certificate and store credit are not redeemable for cash. G-Stage is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or credits.
• No personal checks or pre-paid debit cards are accepted.
• Store credit expires after 180 days.
